Material Movement
the way fabric moves with the body, is an art in itself, changing constantly within a second, no photographic capture is the same.

Revisiting the Flights of Fancy
On the runway in Auckland
Decisions under pressure, one week till hand in, garment patterns and toile not finalised, lining (5m) not brought, fabric, all eight meters of it, not cut, unsure whether more feathers were needed.
seams not sewn, fusing undecided, thread not brought, machines not threaded, blunt shears.
"Im going to send it to the Villa Maria Cult Couture show . . . "
Friday, finished, hand in.
Friday afternoon, marked. Relief.
Saturday, strategically packed as hand luggage for a 3:35 flight from Wellington to Palmerston North

Seasonal Florals
While doing some exploration on my favourite English website, Topshop I fell in live with this perfect look for spring autumn.
The dress is such a sweet floral fabric which is perfect for when the summer goes to autumn or the winter goes to spring,
pair with a beautiful white hat for the races, or perfectly straightened hair for a more casual occasion, just a couple of ideas. . .
i love these shoes!
so sweet yet edgy at the same time.
i want. :)
